Why SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING WORKS

The idea of training one-to-one with a personal coach might seem good, but too often, the momentum fizzles out. With a small group of no more than four, you get the same level of attention but with a fun and inspiring group dynamic. It’s being supported by other like-minded members that helps to keep you on track. It’s also a more flexible and less expensive option, allowing you to make the most of the other parts of your gym membership.

We often get asked how it can be personal training, if it’s not one-to-one? Well, it is true that individual coaching gives you a more tailored approach. However, the high-quality coaching from a personal coach combined with the motivation and support of a fun group dynamic makes small-group personal training the best of both worlds. That is why we developed Project Soul.

Project Soul is a sustainable long-term option. Our exclusive Project Soul timetable offers 16 sessions a week, making it more likely that you can find a slot that works for you. All of this adds up to a training schedule that can be slotted seamlessly into your daily routine and one that you’re more likely to stick at, that can only be a good thing.
