Alex is a mother of two energetic kids, and has worked the fitness industry for over 10 years. She loves HIIT training, weight training and yoga, collectively targeting cardiovascular health, strength and tone, and mental relaxation. Alex also practises mindfulness and meditates everyday, an approach she recommends to clients too.
Her fitness philosophy is compelling:
"I believe that if exercise could be bottled and handed out as a prescription from the doctor it would help cure so many ailments. Everyone should include it into their lives. It has helped me mentally as well as physically throughout my life. I want to be able to share this with my clients, to help them to overcome their insecurities about exercise and see them reap the benefits just as I did."
Alex is well qualified to advise, as she has represented Jersey in netball and played county level badminton. She's also a qualified level 2 swimming teacher and lifeguard.
