Dan heads our Personal Coaching team. A multicultural, bilingual coach who's been a personal trainer since 2010, he works with clients on sports performance, rehab/prehab, aesthetic goals, strength goals and general fitness. Dan employs an evidence based approach to fitness, resulting in effective training methods. He recently qualified as a MNU Certified Nutritionist.
Dan's priority is always to ensure the good health of his clients, not just aesthetically but mentally. His training programmes tackle lifestyle, habits, stress levels, commitments and overcoming setbacks.
