Emma is a qualified Class Instructor, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Her passion for fitness came from growing up overweight, which severely affected her confidence. Her desire to change led her to fitness - playing netball, dancing and eventually falling in love with class instructing and personal training. Going through this process of change changed her mindset, making her a more positive person.
Emma's journey has inspired her to be a highly motivated trainer, and she wants to inspire other women to be stronger versions of themselves: to be more positive, to enjoy exercise but also to have fun!
Her philosophy is to develop individual packages tailored to a client's needs and goals. After establishing an individual's goals and objectives, she dedicates each training session to not only achieving these goals but pushing clients beyond their comfort zone to realise their full potential and become the person they aspire to be.
