A personal trainer since 2009, Paul has built up a loyal client base, focusing on weight loss and endurance sports, and qualifying as a British Athletics Endurance Running Coach and a spinning instructor. He is currently working towards his Masters Degree in Exercise Performance Nutrition and Level 3 Sports Injuries qualification.
Paul's approach to training is constantly evolving, shaped by evidence-based learning and the latest scientific research. This provides great value for clients as he educates them along the way. It also means safe, sustainable results. Whether it’s to lose weight or improve technique, efficiency or performance in a chosen sport, Paul's clients get his undivided attention, focus and support. His passion is clear:
"I take huge pride in my work and love what I do. For me, a real personal service with training that’s tailored to the individual and their needs (with a bit of humour thrown in) is key, and it means results. There is nothing more satisfying to me than someone achieving or exceeding their goals with my help!"
